01 · What bad data actually costs

You pay for a bad record three times

Everyone in this category talks about accuracy as though it were a quality problem. For the person who owns the budget, it is a cost problem, and the costs are not where most people look.

01

You paid to acquire it

A seat, a subscription, or a per-record fee. Whatever the model, the money left the building before anyone checked whether the record was true.

02

You pay to store it, every month

Most CRMs and marketing platforms price by contact record. A dead contact occupies exactly the same paid seat in your database as a live one, and it does so for as long as nobody takes it out.

03

You pay the person who works it

An SDR dials the number, finds it disconnected, researches the account, discovers the contact left eighteen months ago, and does not get that hour back. Multiply by the size of your list.

And a fourth cost nobody invoices you for. Every hard bounce degrades your sender reputation, so the good records in the same send land in fewer inboxes than they should have. Bad data does not just fail on its own behalf. It drags down the records that were fine.

A list that arrives campaign-ready costs you none of that.

Every contact 100% telephone-verified before it reaches you. Nothing to clean, deduplicate, or repair before import. And anything that goes wrong inside 75 days comes back to us rather than to your team.

02 · The difference that is checkable

Every contact. Not a sample.

Every provider in this category says their data is verified. Almost none of them mean every record, and the difference is not a detail; it is the whole product.

Sampling tells you what a batch looks like on average. It does not tell you whether the specific record your SDR is about to dial is correct, and average accuracy is no comfort to the rep holding the wrong number.

We call every contact before delivery. Not a representative subset, not a quality-control callback on a portion of the file. Every one. That is why we can attach a guarantee to every record rather than to a percentage of them.

The question to ask any provider

“What percentage of the records you deliver are verified by a person on the telephone?”

Ask it of us and the answer is 100%, and you can test it: call the numbers in the free sample we build for you. Ask it of anyone else and listen for the qualifier: verified records, quality callbacks, a representative sample. The qualifier is where the percentage hides.

03 · What we do

Six things, all built to a brief

04 · The standard

Six things a database subscription cannot do

Every record we deliver meets a published standard called KAT-i Verified. The first three below are what that standard requires. Consent is a separate service, and the fifth panel explains why that distinction matters.

01 · Built

Built from nothing, to your brief

We hold no database, so there is nothing to filter and no product to log into. Enterprise, mid-market, SMB, and the markets where B2B data is scarce.

If the information exists, we find it. If it does not, our feasibility study tells you before you spend anything.

02 · Verified

100% telephone-verified

Before delivery, someone at the organisation has confirmed the contact still holds the role, that the title matches your criteria, that the email is correct, and that the phone numbers connect.

Not inferred from a profile. Not constructed from a naming pattern.

03 · Guaranteed

Covered for 75 days

If a record does not match your brief, or an email bounces, or a number stops connecting, or the contact moves on within 75 days, send it back.

We replace it or credit it. 100% of what we deliver is covered, with no exceptions and no acceptable error rate.

04 · Ownership

You own it, permanently

On delivery the data is your property. Not licensed access that expires with a subscription. We do not retain it, resell it, or fold it into a shared pool, because no shared pool exists.

05 · Consent

Permission, where you actually need it

Opt-in is a separate service, not part of the standard. Where you are marketing into Europe we capture permission on your behalf: telephone, confirmed by email, date-stamped, voice-recorded for eighteen months.

A verified record is accurate. An opted-in record is accurate and carries a consent record. They are not the same thing, and we would rather you knew that before you brief us.

06 · Fields

Your fields, your format

Standard delivery carries fourteen verified data points. Beyond those: tenure in role, the specific area a broad job title actually covers, reporting line, team size, the systems a person owns.

A database gives you its fields. We give you yours.

We are not telling you database platforms are bad. They are good at breadth, speed, and self-service, and most marketing teams should have one.

What they cannot do is tell you whether a record is still true, because nobody ever checked. That shows up three ways: an unclear consent basis you inherit as the controller, pattern-derived addresses that bounce and damage your sender reputation, and coverage that thins to nothing in emerging markets, specialist industries, and the public sector.

Those are structural consequences of how the data is built. They also describe the situations in which our clients come to us.

05 · The process

How a list gets built

Five stages. Every one performed by a person. Where desk research cannot surface a contact, the work loops into telephone research and rejoins the flow.

09 · The guarantee

What we guarantee

Accurate on delivery

Verified against your brief before it reaches you. If a record does not match, we correct it. There is no acceptable error rate.

Covered for 75 days

If a contact changes role, or an email or phone number stops working in that window, we replace it or credit it back.

Yours permanently

On delivery it is your property. We do not resell or reuse it, and our own copy is deleted after the 75-day guarantee period.

Commercial terms, not just a warranty

You do not pay for records that do not work.

Some providers move that risk before the invoice by charging only for records that meet a threshold. Ours sits after delivery and covers more: send back anything that does not match your brief, bounces, stops connecting, or whose contact has moved on inside 75 days, and we replace it or credit it. Either way the record you paid for is a record that worked.

The difference matters because a pre-invoice threshold is set by the supplier and tested once. A 75-day window is tested by your own team, on your own campaign, against your own standards.

One thing most providers won't tell you. Owning data forever does not make it accurate forever. All B2B data decays. We tell you when a list needs re-verifying rather than let you run a campaign against records that quietly stopped being true.

10 · Before you commit

You can find out if this works before you spend anything

Step one

Does the data exist?

Free feasibility study · 48 to 72 hours

Tell us the market, the company profile, and the roles you need. We map what exists against your criteria and come back with estimated numbers for companies and contacts.

If the universe is there, you know what you are buying before you buy it. If it is not, we tell you, and you have saved a quarter's budget.

Step two

Is the work any good?

Free proof of concept · 3 to 5 working days

Send a requirement brief and we build a real sample against it: typically 20 to 30 telephone-verified contacts, or 3 to 4 accounts fully mapped.

Not a demo and not a redacted extract. Real work against your brief, so you can check it for accuracy, relevance, and fit with your systems.

Step three

You decide the scope

Full flexibility

We scope the full project and share the numbers for your approval. You decide how much you want.

There is no tier to buy into and no seat count to commit to before you know what you need.

11 · The company

Who you would be working with

Most of what we do is enterprise and mid-market: deeper account maps, cleaner records, and contacts a filtered export missed. The same method, applied to markets that are already well documented, simply produces a better list.

The difficult markets are not the scope of what we do. They are how you know the method holds. Public sector undertakings and government bodies that publish almost nothing. Emerging markets where commercial coverage thins to nothing. Industries too specialised for anyone to have crawled properly, from bridge design to minor league venues. Organisations where the person you need has no web presence at all.

There is no industry we do not cover. If the sector exists, we can research it.

150+Clients, including Fortune 500 companies. Individual engagements have run to hundreds of thousands of contacts for a single client.
3Offices globally: San Francisco, Pune and Kolkata. Verification happens in the contact's business hours rather than ours, which is why a global list moves at the pace of its slowest time zone.
12 · Compliance & security

Consent-safe, audit-ready

In most of this category compliance is a badge in a footer. For the teams we work with in financial services, healthcare, and enterprise technology, it is the first question procurement asks.

ISO 27001:2022 certified

Independently certified for information security management, covering custom B2B list research, marketing information research, data enhancement and sales intelligence. Certificate 305025061778IS, verifiable with the certifying body.

GDPR-compliant sourcing

Researched from publicly available sources under legitimate interest, with documented internal rules. No consumer data. No special category data.

Provable consent

Every opt-in date-stamped and voice-recorded for eighteen months. Twelve attempts, then the record is marked no answer, because silence is not consent.

No persistent database

Nothing aggregated, nothing resold, no historical archive accumulates. Client data is retained only for the 75-day guarantee period and then deleted. Consent recordings are held for eighteen months, because a consent record that cannot be produced is worthless.

14 · Questions

Common questions

Everyone says their data is verified. How is yours different?

Ask any provider what percentage of the records they deliver are verified by a person on the telephone. Ours is 100%: every contact, not a sample, not a quality-control callback on part of the file. Most of the category verifies a portion and reports the accuracy of that portion, which is a different claim wearing similar words. Listen for the qualifier: verified records, quality callbacks, a representative sample. And do not take our answer either: the free proof of concept exists so you can call the numbers yourself.

We already buy data from a well-known vendor. Why would we need you?

Purchased data is assembled in advance, at scale, for whoever buys it. It is rarely specific to your criteria and nobody has confirmed it is still true. We build to your brief and verify every record by phone before delivery. Most of our clients keep their subscription for breadth and use us where accuracy decides the campaign.

Why does this cost more than the platform we already pay for?

Because you are paying for research, not for access. A subscription charges per seat for records that already exist. We charge per contact because each one is researched and verified for you specifically. The question worth asking is not which is cheaper per record, but what a wrong record costs you in a campaign where being wrong is expensive.

How long does it take?

As a benchmark, a well-defined brief in reasonably documented markets typically produces around 10,000 telephone-verified contacts in 4 to 5 weeks. We have delivered considerably more against tight deadlines with additional research capacity. Difficulty affects timelines more than volume does, and double opt-in adds time by design.

Can you research fields that are not in the standard set?

Yes. Tenure in role, the specific area a broad job title actually covers, reporting line, team size, the systems a person owns. Tell us what your team needs and we research it to the same standard as everything else. If the information exists, we can find it.

What happens if a contact turns out to be wrong?

We replace it or credit it back, for a role change, a bounced email, or a phone number that stops working, within 75 days of delivery.

Do you keep the data you build for us?

On delivery it is yours, permanently. There is no product database. Nothing is aggregated, nothing is resold, and no historical archive accumulates. Client data is retained only for the 75-day guarantee period and then deleted. Consent recordings are held for eighteen months, because a consent record that cannot be produced is worthless.

Can you seek permission on our behalf?

Yes, by telephone and confirmed by email, giving a double opt-in specific to you. Every opt-in is date-stamped and backed by a voice recording retained for eighteen months.

Do you cover our market?

145+ countries and any industry. A free feasibility study answers it precisely for your market in 48 to 72 hours.

Can we test you before committing?

Two free steps, in either order. A feasibility study estimates what exists against your criteria in 48 to 72 hours. A proof of concept delivers real sample data against your brief in 3 to 5 working days.

Start with a free step

Tell us the market you want to reach and we will estimate what exists against your criteria within 48 to 72 hours. Or send a brief and we will build real sample data in 3 to 5 working days.

Either way, you find out whether this works before you spend anything.
